Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of TOOLBOSS.CC proxies, servers, application hosting, BossEdge, APIs, and related Services. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund where permitted by our Refund Policy.

Legitimate business, research, quality assurance, and lawful security testing that does not harm third parties remains allowed.

Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to engage in or facilitate:

  • Fraud, phishing, social engineering, or identity theft.
  • Credential stuffing, password spraying, or unauthorized account access.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, or exploit kits.
  • Unauthorized scanning, hacking, or intrusion into systems you do not own or lack permission to test.
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) or other intentional disruption of networks.
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or harassment.
  • Hosting or distributing illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
  • Circumventing security, billing, usage metering, or access controls.
  • Activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Abuse of payment systems, chargeback fraud, or refund abuse.

Proxy and network services

Proxy and networking products must be used for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for destination traffic and for complying with target site terms and applicable law. Do not use proxies to conceal criminal activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected abuse, request information, throttle or block traffic, suspend resources, or terminate accounts. We may report illegal activity to authorities when required or appropriate.
