Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using TOOLBOSS.CC, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any product-specific terms referenced at purchase.

Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age requirements. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Account registration and security
Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for how you configure and use proxies, servers, applications, BossEdge, APIs, and related products, including compliance with laws and third-party terms that apply to your workloads.
Subscriptions, payments, and billing
Fees, plans, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in your dashboard. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our processors to charge the selected method. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Service availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream network issues, and force majeure events may affect availability. Status updates may be published on our status page when available.
Acceptable use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP.
API usage
API access is provided for legitimate automation of your own account resources subject to rate limits, authentication requirements, and documentation. Do not share secret keys publicly or use the API to attack or overload systems.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid fees, AUP violations, legal risk, or to protect the platform and other customers. You may close your account through available account settings or by contacting support, subject to outstanding obligations.
Intellectual property
The Services, branding, documentation, and software we provide are owned by TOOLBOSS SYSTEMS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services during your subscription. You retain rights to your own content and configurations, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the Services.
Third-party services
Integrations with third parties are optional and subject to those parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms or the AUP, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in State or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
